I was thoroughly impressed with the sales and service team. All communication was thorough and concise. I appreciated the extras such as putting down a carpet protector and bagging the old air filter. There is no comparison with Jansen and the other 6 services we “interviewed” for installing our a/c and furnace. I feel comfortable with what was installed & the integrity of the company behind it. I have called other heating and cooling companies in the past, but the dependable and honest service from Jansen’s kept me calling… I was recently told that I needed a new furnace due to very inefficient and a cracked casing. I was unhappy about spending the money for an entire unit at the end of a winter season, I expressed this to the Comfort Advisor… he cooled down my anger, very gracefully, well enough that I agreed to also replace my home cooling unit. …you won my business.
