October is National Breast Cancer Awareness Month and here, at Jansen’s, we like to do our part in reminding our friends, family, neighbors, and community about the importance of scheduling mammograms and promoting awareness. To accomplish this task, our team trades out our normal uniform shirts and starts rockin’ the pink shirts every day in October. Also, we are, once again, helping to raise funds for HSHS St. Anthony’s Women’s Wellness Center. This center provides much needed support to local breast cancer patients and their families. Through October, Jansen’s is donating $10 for every service call, $15 for every indoor air quality product, and $50 for every new comfort system we install. Let’s make this the best October ever for our friends at HSHS St. Anthony’s Women’s Wellness Center!

Pizza For A Purpose

October is also National Pizza Month, so we have teamed up with Pizza Man of Effingham for an October to remember. For every large pizza sold on Wednesdays in October, Pizza Man of Effingham will donate $1 to HSHS St. Anthony’s Women’s Wellness Center & Jansen’s will match that donation dollar-for-dollar. So, while you and your family enjoy a delicious, piping hot large pizza every Wednesday, local breast cancer patients and their families will enjoy much-needed services and support EVERY day.
